About the Project

We are developing a
Luxury Villa Resort in El Nido, Palawan
with the natural beauty of the island. We are seeking a
Finishing Architect or Interior Designer
to join our team and help bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee finishing works and ensure high-quality standards aligned with luxury resort expectations.
• Collaborate with the project team to design, detail, and implement interior spaces that reflect the resort's brand and identity.
• Select and coordinate materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related construction issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of design outputs and finishing works.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect or Interior Designer (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in finishing, interior design, or luxury hospitality/resort projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and high-end finishes.
• Ability to work on-site in El Nido, Palawan.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
