Receptionist (Salon/Clinique)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join the team at our SkinClinique' salon in White Plains, Quezon City Metro Manila. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience. This full-time role is an integral part of our Hair & Beauty Services team, and you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our salon.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Efficiently managing client bookings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the salon's calendar
• Handling client inquiries, both in person and over the phone, and providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting with the processing of payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and stocked with necessary supplies
• Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks as required
• Willing to be trained and learn Aesthetic services

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably within the hair and beauty industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a warm and professional manner
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including appointment scheduling and point-of-sale systems
• A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
