Senior Waiter

We are looking for a Captain Waiter to lead our service team and ensure that every guest enjoys exceptional hospitality, efficient service and memorable dining experience.

Your Role:

• Supervise and coordinate the dining team to provide excellent service throughout each shift.
• Greet and assist guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure.
• Take and confirm orders accurately while coordinating closely with the kitchen.
• Ensures tables are properly set up, clean and ready for guests at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Captain Waiter, Senior Waiter or similar supervisory role in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Must be amenable to work in Lucky Chinatown.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
