Job Summary

The Sales Associate – Events & Catering is responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and assisting in the planning and coordination of events and catering services for the restaurant. The role focuses on promoting the restaurant's premium dining experience, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth through exceptional customer service and proactive sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell the restaurant's catering and events packages to individual and corporate clients.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients for effective account management.

Events & Catering Coordination

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating client events, private dining, and catering services.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for client approval.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide menu and service recommendations to clients.

Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle guest concerns, special requests, and ensure customer satisfaction during events.
  • Provide after-sales service by following up with clients post-event for feedback.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and event documentation.
  • Ensure all bookings, contracts, and payments are properly documented.
  • Support marketing activities, including social media promotions and event campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, events, or catering in a hospitality or F&B setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
