Key Responsibilities
Technical Support to Sales
• Support Territory Sales Managers in client visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Provide nutritional and product recommendations tailored to farm conditions and production goals.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase market share through technical credibility.
• Troubleshoot field issues (poor performance, health concerns, feed efficiency problems).
Formulation & Product Application
• Develop and optimize feed formulations for poultry, swine, ruminants, aquaculture, or specialty species as required.
• Adjust formulations based on raw material quality, cost, and customer objectives.
• Ensure that formulations align with company product portfolio and nutritional standards.
• Provide comparative feed cost and efficiency analysis for customers.
- Technical Training & Education
• Conduct technical seminars, workshops, and training sessions for customers, dealers, veterinarians, and sales teams.
• Develop easy-to-understand technical materials, manuals, and presentations.
• Update sales teams on new product knowledge, nutritional concepts, and field application.
Field Service & Customer Support
• Visit farms and feed mills to evaluate feeding programs and performance results.
• Provide farm-level troubleshooting and nutritional audits.
• Conduct farm surveys and data collection for technical assessment.
• Ensure technical issues are resolved promptly to strengthen customer trust.
5. Product Development & Trials
• Coordinate and implement field trials to validate product claims and new product introductions.
• Collect and analyze trial data; prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical feedback to R&D and product development teams.
Market & Technical Intelligence
• Monitor competitor products, feed practices, and market trends in Visayas & Mindanao.
• Provide input to management for product positioning and technical differentiation.
• Update company database with field intelligence and performance reports.
7. Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with Territory Sales Managers to align technical strategies with sales targets.
• Coordinate with senior nutritionists for formulation, product registrations, and technical materials.
• Submit regular reports on field activities, farm visits, trials, and customer feedback. Scope of Work
• Geographical Coverage: Visayas and Mindanao (with travel to key accounts, feed mills, farms, and distributors).
• Species Coverage: Poultry, swine, aquaculture, and other livestock species as assigned.
• Customers Supported: Farmers, feed millers, integrators, dealers, and distribution partners.
