Full-time position

Exposure to various aspects of the business, enabling you to acquire knowledge and expertise required to progress into a full-fledge Manager role.
What you'll be doing
Undergo comprehensive training about of the daily retail operations, and company products.
Assist in the day-to-day retail store operations including store preparation, manpower planning, handling customers, monthly reporting to management, and market study.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales, and enhance the customer experience
Participate in decision-making processes and provide recommendations to management
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
knowledge and expertise required to progress into a full-fledge Manager role.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
What you'll be doing
Minimum education requirement of any bachelor's degree
