  • Assess the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of provided

documentation.

  • Document Verification

  • Verify the validity of documents submitted by applicants, such as

identification, proof of billing, income statements, bank

statements, and other requirements.

  • Identify any discrepancies, irregularities, or potential fraud in the

documentation and escalate as necessary.

  • Compliance and Policy Adherence

  • Ensure that all credit assessments and decisions adhere to DITO

company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to

DITO Credit assessment and validation.

  • Communication

  • Communicate with applicants on the information or clarification regarding their credit application.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in credit validation, with a preference for experience in telecommunications, utilities, or financing companies.
  • Seasoned knowledge of Credit Policy and Procedures to assess creditworthiness (Capacity, Character, Conditions, Collateral, and Capital).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to implement and review quality controls on credit validation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software is often necessary.
