JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze Data Quality Rules, perform Root Cause Analysis for all non-conformances reports, identify DQ Rules modifications if needed and determine possible process improvements. It shall facilitate catch-up of non-conformances resolution to further improve asset data quality.
  • Analyze Settlement Rules Corrections received, perform Root Cause Analysis for work orders with corrections and propose possible process improvements. It shall enable to catch-up consolidation of prior period corrections and to post needed adjustments. It shall also enable to accelerate the current period updates and to timely post needed adjustments.
  • Facilitate analysis of Asset Additions for 2023 and onwards and the preparation of Asset Additions Listing and propose possible process improvements. It shall enable to hasten smooth consolidation and maintain final reports for regulatory purposes.
  • Perform catch-up analysis of prior period Asset Retirements and propose possible process improvements. It shall enable to post needed adjustment for prior period transactions. It shall also be able to analyze current Asset Retirement and to timely post needed entries.
  • Facilitate analysis of Asset Retirements for 2023 and onwards and the preparation of Asset Retirement Listing and propose possible process improvements. It shall enable to advance resolution of existing data issues and maintain final retirement reports for regulatory purposes.
  • Analyze Materials and Supplies (M&S) Returns Transactions, perform Root Case Analysis of transactions for 2023 and prior and determine possible process improvements. It shall help in the possible system enhancement for clearing of M&S accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant, new CPA licensure exam passers are welcome to apply
  • Has good analytical skills
  • Must be proficient in excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Amenable to a fixed-term employment of 2 years
  • Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
