Warehouse Man

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Man to join our team at China Construction Front Gen. Devt. Corp.' in Los Baños Laguna. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our warehousing and distribution facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper storage
• Retrieve, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the warehouse
• Assist in the completion of routine stock-taking and inventory management tasks
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise warehouse workflows and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
• Proficient in the use of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items
• Effective communication skills to liaise with the logistics team and other stakeholders
