Driver - Aftersales

The After Sales Service Diver is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for sports and fitness equipment sold by Sports Resources Inc. This role ensures that clients receive prompt and professional post-purchase assistance to maximize product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of sports and fitness equipment at client sites or in-house service centers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to clients on proper usage and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Respond to service requests and ensure resolution within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team for parts requests and replacements.
• Assist in product testing and quality checks prior to dispatch.
• Prepare and submit service reports and customer feedback documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of tools, equipment, and service areas.
• Support warranty claims processing and validation as needed.
• Participate in ongoing product training and skills development.

Qualifications:

• At least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or a High School Graduate.
• Proven experience in after-sales support, technical services, or equipment repair (preferably with fitness, gym, or sports equipment).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Can work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel for fieldwork and client support.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
