Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cagayan de Oro City. As a Sanitary and Plumbing Engineer at UNIPACE CORPORATION, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising plumbing and sanitary systems across the facility. Daily tasks will include conducting inspections, ensuring code compliance, preparing detailed plans and drawings, and collaborating with the construction and engineering teams to oversee project implementation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of all building plumbing and sanitation systems.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in designing, maintaining, and supervising plumbing systems, including excellent knowledge of plumbing and sanitary codes
  • Strong skills in drafting designs and technical drawings using relevant software like AutoCAD and engineering tools
  • Experience with conducting site inspections, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with construction and engineering teams, demonstrating strong project management and organizational skills
  • Relevant technical knowledge in plumbing, construction materials, and environmental impact assessments
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Professional license or certifications in Plumbing or Sanitary Engineering (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
