About the role

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and generating sales opportunities for our diverse range of pharmaceutical products and services. What you'll be doing

• Actively reach out to customers via phone to introduce our product and service offerings
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and opportunities
• Accurately record customer information and sales activities in our system
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships

• Previous experience in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales
• Proficient in using systems and technology to manage sales activities
• Highly motivated, driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a high volume of calls and leads
