They are currently expanding the team and seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join them in multiple roles.

Role and Responsibilities:

Financial Statement Review and Anomaly Identification:

  • ⁠Review financial statements (cash flow, income statement, balance sheet) of subsidiaries, identify abnormal fluctuations, misstatements, or potential risks, and report to management in a timely manner.

  • ⁠Ensure accurate and compliant accounting practices across all companies to support audit and internal control requirements.

Consolidated Financial Statement Preparation and Review:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, ensuring accurate integration of subsidiary data.

  • Coordinate subsidiary reporting submissions, standardize reporting formats and structures, and ensure the quality of consolidated data.

Financial Account Auditing and Data Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial accounts (e.g., revenue, costs, expenses, asset-liability structure) to identify anomalies and trends, providing data-driven insights for operational decision-making.

  • ⁠Continuously optimize financial analysis templates and indicator systems to enhance reporting clarity and insight.

Month-End and Year-End Closing Management:

  • ⁠Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, organizing account reconciliation, adjustments, and settlements.

  • ⁠Oversee key accounting items such as accounts receivable/payable, expense amortization, fixed assets, and accruals.

Internal Controls and Process Optimization:

  • Assist in establishing and improving financial internal control processes to prevent fraud and operational risks.

  • ⁠Promote process standardization and system automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.

Team Collaboration and Capability Development:

  • Guide and supervise the daily work of junior accounting and financial analysis team members.

  • ⁠Assist the Finance Manager in conducting training, setting work standards, and improving the team's professionalism and execution capabilities.

Requirements:

  • ⁠Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • ⁠3–5 years of relevant financial experience; preference given to candidates with experience in consolidated reporting, financial analysis, or multi-subsidiary management.

  • Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); knowledge of PAGCAR or BIR requirements is a plus (if applicable).

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and financial statement processing, with advanced Excel skills and experience using financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

  • ⁠Strong data sensitivity, logical thinking, and communication skills.

  • ⁠Must hold a CPA, ACCA, or Intermediate Accounting Professional qualification.
