Full Stack Website Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Website Developer to collaborate closely with both the Marketing and IT departments. In this role, you will spearhead the creation of dynamic brand-enhancing websites designed to captivate and engage our customer base. Your responsibilities will encompass tackling intricate performance challenges and architectural hurdles through your proficiency in programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.

The ideal Developer will possess a profound comprehension of current industry trends and a knack for navigating content management systems seamlessly. Your adeptness in responsive and adaptive design will be a considerable asset in this role. A comprehensive grasp of the entire web development lifecycle, spanning from initial design concepts through development to deployment, is highly valued.

Our Developer is not only willing to master proprietary complementary systems but also actively contributes to cross-functional meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations for seamless implementation. The application of best practices will be second nature to you, ensuring project timelines are met with exceptional efficiency. In addition to your individual contributions, you will be entrusted with leading and motivating a team of three talented developers, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a cohesive working environment. You will report to Marketing Operations Manager.

Your role as a Developer will be crucial in shaping and steering the development process, guaranteeing the timely and agile delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads and actively participates in the planning, decomposition, and estimation of new delivery tasks.
• Ensures that solutions are designed to be secure, durable, scalable, flexible, and accessible. Proactively addresses potential production support issues.
• Exemplifies technical leadership by managing and presenting multiple technical solutions.
• Conducts thorough code reviews and establishes and enforces coding guidelines and best practices.
• Provides valuable coaching and mentoring to team members, effectively sharing knowledge through workshops, documentation, and other means to drive operational efficiencies and foster technical growth within the team.
• Creates web applications and pages using the latest CSS3, PHP, jQuery, JavaScript and HTML5 standards.
• Demonstrates prior experience with cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Offers insightful technical and creative guidance throughout product development phases.
• Requires a strong grasp of software design best practices and the ability to work independently or within small team.
• Quickly identifies and troubleshoots WordPress issues.
• Possesses an advanced understanding and capability to create WordPress custom themes and plugins, with a preference for Roots Sage theme expertise.

• Demonstrate a track record of crafting intricate, responsive, high-traffic websites using WordPress and custom PHP.
• Possess knowledge encompassing Responsive Web Design, along with expertise in ReactJS, Typescript, and Azure DevOps.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and multitasking environment, effectively managing multiple concurrent tasks.
• Display the capability to create WordPress themes and plugins from the ground up.
• Evidence proficiency in GIT, HTML, PHP, and CSS.
• Evince a genuine enthusiasm for web design and a commitment to keeping abreast of the latest trends and technological advancements.
• Showcase exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Manage multiple and evolving priorities within stringent time constraints.
• Manifest comprehension of W3C standards and foundational design principles.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate harmoniously with fellow team members.
• Possess knowledge of fundamental SEO elements
• Must be willing to work in rotating shifts or US time zone.
