NPI Supervisor

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensure effective planning and execution.
• Serve as liaison between the customer, Taipei HQ, and the factory to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the NPI Engineering Department and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Electronics Engineering or any related course.
• Proven mastery in Manufacturing Industry with at least 8-10 years of NPI Engineering experience.
• With Advanced knowledge of project and program management tools and principles.
• Good communications and leadership skills.
• Can work under pressure.
