About the Role

As a Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for detecting and preventing fraudulent activities within financial transactions to safeguard the company and its clients. You will work closely with internal teams to investigate suspicious cases, analyze data, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze transactions to identify potential fraud and suspicious activities
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to fraudulent cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate fraud risk and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare detailed reports and document findings accurately
  • Follow established procedures and policies in fraud detection and prevention
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and compliance standards
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years in college (BPO experience not required) OR SHS/HS graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Willingness to work onsite in Taguig City and work shifting schedules
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and able to learn new software/tools quickly
