Digital Solutions Manager

Purpose

This is not a traditional backend Business Analyst role. At Crown Information Management, BA function is customer-facing, consultative, and revenue-impacting. The Business Analyst will act as a strategic partner to sales and account teams, helping drive digital revenue, ensure solution adoption, and deliver winning propositions to customers through tailored enterprise solutions. The role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring Crown's digital solutions are successfully adopted and deliver transformational value to our customers

Key Responsibilities

Drive Digital Revenue

  • Partner with sales and account managers to identify and pursue opportunities for Crown's digital solutions.
  • Influence revenue growth by crafting tailored digital solutions that address customer Information Management pain points.

Increasing Solution Adoption

  • Lead onboarding and adoption strategies for new and existing customers.
  • Ensure customers transition from traditional services (e.g., hardcopy storage) to upstream digital solutions.

Delivering Winning Propositions

  • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover both explicit and latent customer challenges.
  • Translate findings into compelling digital propositions that combine document management expertise with business process transformation.
  • Present solutions confidently to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Shaping Future Customer Impact

  • Help customers visualize the long-term benefits of Crown's digital offerings.
  • Position Crown as a strategic partner in their digital transformation journey.
  • Drive increased revenue per account through expanded solution engagement.

Internal Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with tech teams in India and regional partners to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
  • Upskill country-based sales teams on digital offerings and consultative selling techniques.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate weekly reports on pipeline, conversions, and digital wins.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in document management, ECM, BPM, or digital transformation domains.
  • Proven success in solution selling and client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digitization, workflow automation, and BPO.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Charismatic and confident in engaging with senior client stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian market dynamics is a plus.
