Role and Responsibilities


• Gather and organize data on sales, discount, cost, margin, and expenses for financial analysis


• Regular update of monthly forecast by category manager


• Provide initial financial analysis of initiatives driven by the business


• Develop data driven insights on business initiatives


• Organize and complete monthly business reports


• Monitor progress of transformation initiatives and projects


• Liaise with cross functional departments for business partnership

Performance Measures


• Timeliness and accuracy of reports


• Completeness of monthly business reports


• Quality of analysis


• Effectivity of business partnership

Qualifications Skills Required


• Graduate of any Finance/Business related course, master's degree is preferred


• At least 3 years experience in financial analysis and business partnering


• Finance related professional license is an advantage


• Business Acumen


• Familiarity with finance processes


• Stakeholder management


• Effective business communication


• Effective presentation
