As an Azure Cloud Specialist, you will enable organizations to adopt, optimize, and manage Microsoft Azure environments. Your work ensures clients achieve scalability, security, and cost efficiency in their cloud journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Azure-based solutions aligned with client needs.
• Support migration projects from on-premises to Azure.
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Azure services to ensure reliability.

• 3–5 years of customer‑facing experience in customer service, account management, or customer success roles.
• Minimum 1 years of experience with cloud technologies – Azure / AWS / GCP / Alibaba.
• Should have good knowledge or prior experience working on Microsoft products.
• Good to be Microsoft certified or Cloud certified.
• Should have customer facing experience.
