Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day hotel operations
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
- Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and training
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage budgets, expenses, and reports as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel/resort management or related field
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping, and front office procedures
