Job Summary

  • Regularly audits warehouse processes, material declaration and reviews construction warehouse operations from receiving, dispatch, storage and site coordination.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct warehouse Inventory and reconciliation
  • Conduct compliance check (Process and Procedure)
  • Conduct special audit (Transaction and document checking)
  • Identifying risk related to audit engagements
  • Preparing audit reports summarizing findings and suggesting corrective actions if necessary
  • Willing to travel and stay in Audit staff house.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy/Accounting Technology/Financial Management/Internal Audit or any related course
  • With 1-2 years relevant experience in warehouse or inventory audit
  • Highly analytical; excellent problem solving and people management skills; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven
  • Can drive light vehicle / with driver's license (Non-Pro or Pro) Res. No. 1, 2
  • Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity

Working Conditions

  • Willing to conduct site visit within Central Luzon or CALABARZON (service will be provided)
