The Role

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer
 to join our Manila office. This is an 
on-site position
 where you will design, build, and deploy AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. Unlike academic research, this role emphasizes 
corporate, production-level applications of AI
 — from concept to deployment.

You'll work on exciting projects in 
2D and 3D computer vision
, developing and optimizing algorithms that power intelligent systems used in real-world production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy
     innovative AI models for both 
    2D and 3D computer vision
     applications.
  • Implement and optimize algorithms for 
    object detection, semantic/instance segmentation, and 3D reconstruction/understanding
    .
  • Conduct 
    research and experimentation
     to enhance accuracy, robustness, and real-time performance.
  • Collaborate with 
    cross-functional teams
     to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
  • Build and maintain 
    datasets, preprocessing pipelines, and training workflows
     to ensure top-notch model performance.
  • Translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions with measurable impact.
  • Optimize deployed models for 
    performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
    .

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (
    PhD is a plus
    ).
  • Proven corporate/industry experience
     applying AI/ML in production (academic research alone does not qualify).
  • Strong proficiency in 
    Python
     and deep learning frameworks (
    PyTorch required; TensorFlow/scikit-learn nice to have
    ).
  • Solid background in 
    segmentation, object detection, and evaluation metrics
    .
  • Experience with 
    3D computer vision techniques
     (point clouds, depth estimation, stereo vision, 3D object detection).
  • Strong understanding of 
    neural network architectures, training techniques, and optimization strategies
    .

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with 
    GPU acceleration
     and model deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with 
    MLOps tools
     (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.).
  • Knowledge of 
    large language models (LLMs), NLP, or other AI domains
    .
  • Background in deploying AI within 
    SaaS or enterprise solutions
    .
