
PHRN – Support Specialist

Role Responsibilities:
- Engage in voice-based support for medical documentation, prior authorizations, and healthcare coordination
- Utilize clinical judgment to provide accurate and timely information to patients, providers, or third-party partners
- Accurately document call details and update patient records in line with HIPAA and client-specific standards
- Demonstrate efficiency and empathy in every call while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to ensure quality service delivery
- Participate in training, compliance, and certification processes to maintain performance standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active PRC license (Philippine Registered Nurse) – mandatory
- At least 1 year of bedside experience in a hospital or major medical facility as a Staff Nurse
- Must be able to provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) from previous hospital/employer
- Must be able to provide personal equipment for WFH setup
- Amenable to work onsite as required by business operations
- Willing to work night shifts and shifting schedules
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php27,000.00 per month
