Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage in voice-based support for medical documentation, prior authorizations, and healthcare coordination
  • Utilize clinical judgment to provide accurate and timely information to patients, providers, or third-party partners
  • Accurately document call details and update patient records in line with HIPAA and client-specific standards
  • Demonstrate efficiency and empathy in every call while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to ensure quality service delivery
  • Participate in training, compliance, and certification processes to maintain performance standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active PRC license (Philippine Registered Nurse) – mandatory
  • At least 1 year of bedside experience in a hospital or major medical facility as a Staff Nurse
  • Must be able to provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) from previous hospital/employer
  • Must be able to provide personal equipment for WFH setup
  • Amenable to work onsite as required by business operations
  • Willing to work night shifts and shifting schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php27,000.00 per month
