Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Assist with medical procedures and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe patient environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical software and electronic health records (EHR).

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Specialized experience in (e.g., psychiatric, ICU, pediatric, ER, etc.) nursing.
• Certification in (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php95,000.00 per month
