Since entering the Philippines in 2019, we have established ourselves as a strong player in the market, serving over 500 customers, including reputed healthcare providers like The Medical City Clinics, Maxicare Health Services Inc., Hi-Precision Diagnostics, Mt. Grace Group of Hospitals and Metro Pacific Group of Hospitals.

The National Sales Manager will lead Tricog's sales efforts in the Philippines by driving revenue growth, supporting teams, and ensuring seamless cross-functional execution across operations and customer service. The role is accountable for strategic account expansion, sales funnel management, and talent development to achieve Tricog's long-term business objectives.

  • Lead entire sales team to meet or exceed sales targets assigned by Tricog via direct sales activities with customers, through critical insight into customers, formulate strategies to develop and support solutions that meet or exceed customers' needs and expectations and simultaneously expand Tricog's business by increasing revenue in existing accounts and opening new accounts.
  • Work with operations, customer service, supply chain and other teams in Tricog to ensure complete execution of our regional sales strategies (including orders, shipments, AR collections, and contracts, including renewals).
  • Lead sales funnel reviews and ensure reporting of all business opportunities, solution concepts and strategies to Tricog.
  • Communicate business strategy and tactics clearly to the zonal managers and provide feedback to team members
  • Manage and direct zonal teams to ensure focus on key selling activities: Supporting spec wins, maintaining existing business, identifying new opportunities in existing and new customers through Sales Funnel Mgmt.
  • Provide weekly sales and order forecast updates and customers' issues/needs. Schedule sales reviews with direct and channel partners teams to review previous quarter results and update fiscal year forecast and quarter performance.
  • Acquire and develop talent and adapt workforce competencies to meet evolving business needs while effectively managing change:
  • Use rewards and recognition to help cultivate a customer mindset, leadership at every level, performance excellence, teamwork and compliance with Tricog's Code of Conduct.
  • Hold self and other leaders within the BU accountable for completing people processes (goal setting, development plans, performance reviews, compensation planning, talent assessments, career plan nominations and succession planning) in a timely and quality manner.
  • Develop talent and take timely, corrective action to improve performance that doesn't meet expectations.
  • Direct and drive zonal managers to achieve AOP (revenue & AR) and strategic initiatives, team members targets, distribution management, and develop middle management through coaching and feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
