We are seeking a proactive Sales Associate who will handle client accounts, manage inbound and outbound calls, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage client accounts and inquiries.

  • Present products and services to potential clients over the phone or via email.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and client satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer service goals.


Qualifications

  • At least graduate; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • With or without experience (sales or call-handling background is an advantage).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

  • Proficient in MS Office or basic CRM tools.

  • Willing to work on-site at Calumpang, Marikina City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
