Marketing Specialist

• Implement face-to-face marketing tactics (caravans, info drives, visits, etc.).
• Coordinate online programs, optimize lead flow from digital platforms, and convert leads into members/loans.
• Contribute to membership growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Manage online communication and service channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to work at our AMWSLAI Villamor Air Base Branch, located at Door 2, Air Force Mall Villamor Air Base, Pasay City 1300.
