Responsible for facilitating the enrollment process, assisting applicants, verifying requirements, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admission experience. This role supports prospective students and parents, upholds company policies, and coordinates with internal departments to process applications accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Applicant Assistance & Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to admissions.
  • Assist walk-in applicants, students, and parents with requirements and procedures.
  • Provide clear and updated information on admission policies, fees, deadlines, and programs.
  • Address concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Application Processing

  • Receive, check, and verify admission documents and requirements.
  • Encode applicant information into the system accurately.
  • Track application status and ensure timely processing and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with departments for interviews, exams, or additional requirements.

Documentation & Records Management

  • Maintain organized files of applicant documents and admission data.
  • Prepare enrollment reports, statistics, and summaries as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of student information.
  • Update logs, forms, and admission tracking sheets.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with the finance, registrar, and academic departments for student admissions.
  • Communicate decisions, schedules, and updates to applicants.
  • Relay important announcements regarding enrollment timelines.

Administrative Support

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to admissions.
  • Assist in orientations, open houses, and admission-related events.
  • Prepare documents such as acceptance letters, ID requests, forms, and notices.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business, education, or related field.
  • Experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and customer service orientation.
