Job Summary

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for receiving, processing, repackaging, sorting and coordinating the distribution of materials. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, proper documentation, and timely handover of goods for delivery while maintaining compliance with company logistics and inventory procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming requests and materials at warehouse located in Mandaluyong upon the supervisor's request.
  • Inspect delivered items to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with purchase orders (PO) and delivery documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all received, stored, and dispatched materials.
  • Prepare regular inventory and receiving reports and submit them to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Repackage materials based on shipping documentation, handling requirements, and delivery instructions.
  • Label, organize, and secure materials to ensure safe handling and transport.
  • Coordinate and hand over prepared materials to delivery personnel or courier partners, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management, including reconciliation and stock movement tracking.
  • Ensure proper filing and monitoring of PRs (Purchase Requests), POs (Purchase Orders), and inventory records.
  • Follow company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures at all times.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to inventory, deliveries, or documentation.
  • Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in PR, PO, and inventory management processes.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic supply chain procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to prepare clear and organized reports.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Physically capable of handling and repackaging materials when required.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Willingness to travel and work across different warehouse locations within NCR.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using inventory management systems or spreadsheets.
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
  • Experience coordinating with delivery teams or third-party couriers.
