Sales Ambassadress

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Agent to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing new or used vehicles, providing exceptional service, and meeting sales targets. A passion for automobiles and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and trade-ins.
• Prepare sales contracts and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to build relationships and generate repeat business.
• Stay up to date on inventory, product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership software.
• Multilingual abilities (depending on customer base).
• Knowledge of financing and insurance (F&I) processes.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced dealership environment.
• Indoor and outdoor work, including test drives and vehicle inspections.
• May involve standing and walking for long periods.
