Key Responsibilities1. KOL Recruitment & Relationship Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard mom influencers, family content creators, parenting advocates, and niche baby-care KOLs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators who genuinely align with the brand's values (safety, gentleness, family care).
- Lead negotiations, contracts, campaign expectations, and content deliverables.
- Maintain an updated KOL database including rates, performance history, engagement benchmarks, and campaign outcomes.
2. Mom & Baby–Focused Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute KOL campaigns that emotionally connect with moms (e.g., product education, trial experiences, testimonials, community-focused storytelling).
- Develop comprehensive briefs highlighting product benefits, safety claims, and key baby-care messaging.
- Review and approve content submissions, ensuring brand accuracy, compliance, and responsible communication—especially on baby-related claims.
- Coordinate content creation such as unboxing videos, Reels, TikTok content, UGC materials, and product try-ons.
3. Performance Tracking & Insights
- Monitor and analyze key metrics including views, reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and sales uplift from KOL activities.
- Identify high-performing KOLs and campaigns that strongly resonate with moms and family audiences.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve ROI, reach, and community growth.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with social media, creative, and product teams to align narratives and campaign messaging.
- Coordinate product seeding, PR kits, and event invitations for mom KOLs.
- Support on-ground activations such as mommy meet-ups, parenting workshops, and brand community events.
5. Trend & Community Research
- Stay updated on parenting trends, baby product reviews, and top-performing content formats among mom creators.
- Monitor competitor influencer strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Spot emerging mom influencers and niche communities (e.g., breastfeeding advocates, newborn moms, toddler moms, gentle parenting groups).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, ideally within the mom & baby category, FMCG.
- Strong communication skills, with genuine warmth, empathy, and the ability to connect authentically with moms and family audiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple creators, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Proficient in analyzing influencer performance, campaign metrics, and content trends.
- Familiar with parenting communities and mom-creator culture, including key platforms, trends, and niche mom groups.
- Preferably can start ASAP.

- Data Monitoring & Reporting – Capable of tracking performance metrics and turning data into actionable insights.
- Trend Spotting in Mom/Baby Content – Keeps up with new formats, creator styles, and emerging parenting topics.
- Problem-Solving with a "Brand Care" Mindset – Approaches challenges thoughtfully, prioritizing brand safety, trust, and community sensitivity.
