Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Metro Manila. The Operations Manager will oversee daily retail operations, manage the store teams, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain inventory control. Responsibilities include overseeing operations management, managing profit and loss (P&L), and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Retail Operations and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in P&L Management and Inventory Control
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management Abilities
  • Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
