We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with hands-on experience in Lemon Law cases to support attorneys throughout the litigation process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with managing case files, discovery, and court filings in consumer protection matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in handling Lemon Law litigation cases from intake through resolution.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement documents.
  • Manage case files, evidence, and correspondence; ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained.
  • Coordinate and track deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court dates.
  • File documents with courts (e-filing) and serve parties in compliance with court rules.
  • Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
  • Conduct legal and factual research related to Lemon Law statutes and consumer protection regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with specific exposure to Lemon Law cases.
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and deadlines.
  • Experience with e-filing systems and document management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
  • Proficient in MS Office and legal software (e.g., Clio, NetDocuments, TrialWorks, or similar).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with state and federal Lemon Law statutes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced law firm environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
