Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Salesforce Administration
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment, covering Sales, Marketing, and Finance processes. Own the day-to-day configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Partner with stakeholders and external agencies to prioritize enhancements and align system capabilities with business objectives.
  • Data Integrity & Governance
  • Develop and enforce data standards to ensure a single source of truth for all customer and prospect information.
  • Analytics, Reporting & User Enablement
  • Deliver actionable insights through reports and dashboards, support campaign execution, and provide user training and support to maximize adoption and efficiency.
