Location: PACO MANILA
Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Hiring
We're expanding our team and looking for a quantity surveyor with at least 1 year of experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost control. If you're organized, analytical, and passionate about numbers and construction, we want to hear from you
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare accurate estimates and bill of quantities (BOQ)
Monitor project budgets and material costs
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers
Evaluate variations and prepare progress claims
Ensure cost efficiency in project implementation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Civil Engineering or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering
Knowledgeable in estimating, unit costing, and BOQ preparation
Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and can work under minimal supervision
Strong analytical and communication skills
