Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and/or goods as instructed.
  • Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
  • Conduct routine checks on vehicles (oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) before use.
  • Follow traffic laws and regulations, ensuring safe driving at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle service schedules.
  • Promptly report any accidents, breakdowns, or mechanical issues.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods or packages when required.
  • Uphold company confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with staff and clients.

  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid driver's license (with appropriate category for company vehicles).

  • Clean driving record, free from major accidents or violations.
  • Familiarity with local routes and GPS navigation systems.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting (preferred).
