DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigns badge number and enrolls in the attendance system for newly hired employees.
Checks and processes employees' attendance, meal allowances, overtime and adjustment.
Checks all filed leave and responds to employees concerned with discrepancies on actual and recorded attendance.
Checks non compliance to daily attendance monitoring.
Checks replacement and issuance of biometric devices.
Checks and observes completeness of employees' enrollment to Leave Overtime Filling System (LOTS), and Travel Order Itinerary Management System (TIMS).
Updates the data in LOTS and TIMS
Checks timely receiving of billings from Service Provider & to conduct a post-audit report.
Abides by the company's strict safety rules and regulations.
Adheres to SCGC 7S Policy to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in its own workplace
Accomplishes other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Senior High School or college undergraduate of Business/Human Resource Administration/BS Psychology or any related field with the approval of the hiring manager and department head.
No work experience required.
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proven working experience as a Timekeeping Associate is an advantage
