IT Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician who specializes in hardware repair and maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing laptops, desktops, tablets, and similar devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues on laptops, PCs, and tablets and similar devices.
• Perform component-level repairs (e.g.: LCD replacement, battery replacement, motherboard checking and software repairs).
• Maintain and service computer hardware to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support reports and job orders related to hardware concerns
• Able to manage inventory of IT Items and devices.
• Clerical task as per required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• [Required] Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hardware repair (laptops, PCs, tablets, and related devices)
• Knowledge in component replacement and soldering work
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage repair tasks efficiently
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• PC Repair: 1 year (Required)
• Laptop Repair: 1 year (Required)
• Tablet Repair: 1 year (Required)
• Cellphone Repair: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
