Job Vacancy: Injection Technician

Location: Silang, Cavite

Position Details:

• Number of Positions: 1
• Salary: ₱25,000/month
• Work Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Days Off: 4 days off/month
• Language: English / Tagalog
• Accommodation: Not provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair defective units encountered during production as quickly as possible.
• Record and report all defects, causes, and corrective actions for evaluation and process improvement.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations to prevent recurring problems.
• Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues during production.
• Inspect components to ensure consistent product quality.
• Handle set-up, operation, maintenance, and repair of injection molding machines, tools, and materials.
• Prepare and produce injection-molded components according to specifications.
• Ensure all components meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Vocational or College level in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
• With knowledge in machine repair and troubleshooting
• Good moral character and responsible attitude
• Willing to be assigned in any process
• Can multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision

Salary & Benefits:

• ₱25,000/month
