Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented In-House Graphic Designer who will take charge of producing visual materials for the company's marketing, communication, and internal initiatives. The role requires exclusive engagement and close collaboration with different departments to ensure all designs reflect the company's brand identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and create marketing and communication materials for print and digital platforms.
  • Design visual assets such as posters, brochures, social media posts, web graphics, and presentation materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs and adhere to established design guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Operations teams to support campaigns, events, and internal communications.
  • Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers or suppliers when needed.
  • Assist in creating multimedia content, including basic video editing and motion graphics.
  • Maintain a database of design templates, brand assets, and completed artworks.
  • Work exclusively for the company — no freelance or external design engagements during employment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house or corporate setting.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Canva or video editing software is an advantage.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand alignment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
