Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable operation of all electrical systems and equipment in the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and control panels.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Design and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
  • Support production operations by ensuring continuous power and equipment functionality.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for electrical projects and upgrades.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and energy usage.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and plant safety policies.
  • Participate in energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and control instrumentation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and respond to urgent maintenance concerns.
