Job Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Art Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related fields preferred.
  • Proficient in at least one mainstream 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D, with strong modeling and rendering skills. Additional graphic design ability or experience with AI-based projects is a plus.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a relevant role; able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment with excellent time management skills. Prior experience in top-tier internet companies is preferred.
  • Solid art foundation and strong personal aesthetic; passionate about design and highly sensitive to current global design trends.
  • Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, good team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn quickly with a high standard for visual quality.
  • Portfolio submission is required (this will be a key part of the evaluation process).

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in at least one mainstream 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D, with strong modeling and rendering skills. Additional graphic design ability or experience with AI-based projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and their integration into workflow.
  • Motion graphics or animation skills.
  • Experience managing complete design cycles for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibility Area:

Responsible for the company's daily 3D visual design needs, including advertising materials, online and offline event assets; capable of independently delivering key visual designs.

Participate in 3D modeling and rendering tasks for company products, and help build and maintain the internal 3D asset library.

Take part in brainstorming and creative design for large-scale marketing campaigns, and produce high-quality design proposals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
