Office Architect

• Design and draft building plans for upcoming construction projects
• Use drafting softwares such as AutoCAD, VRay, Lumion, SketchUp to design projects
• Present plans and drawings to clients and construction crews
• Must have knowledge on Costing and Estimate, Project Monitoring
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure that project and building elements are in accordance to local codes and client needs
• Source for suppliers and materials needed for the project
• Conduct frequent site visits throughout the construction of the project to monitor contractor progress, answer questions that may arise, and ensure that targets are hit according to the project timeline
• Showcase expertise in making changes to the initial project plan or blueprint whenever necessary
• Prepare material specification documents for certain project elements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ermita: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Junior Architect: 1 year (Preferred)
