Retail Supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage)
• Proven experience in retail or customer service (at least 1–3 years, preferably in a supervisory role)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead, coach, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Ensure that merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and maintained
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist in the preparation of work schedules and delegation of tasks
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members
• Support inventory management, including stock receiving, stocktaking, and loss prevention
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store standards
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and assist with cash handling and banking procedures
• Provide training and onboarding support for new employees
