Retail Supervisor

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage)
- Proven experience in retail or customer service (at least 1–3 years, preferably in a supervisory role)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, coach, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure that merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and maintained
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of work schedules and delegation of tasks
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members
- Support inventory management, including stock receiving, stocktaking, and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store standards
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and assist with cash handling and banking procedures
