About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who can contribute across frontend, backend, and cloud ecosystems. In this role, you will help build and modernize systems—working on both brownfield and greenfield projects that integrate AI-powered features, big-data processing, and next-generation coding workflows.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, problem-solving, and bringing innovative ideas into production.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Build and maintain customer-facing applications using
  ReactJS, TypeScript, and
  .
• Develop backend services and APIs using
  C#, .NET Framework 4.7, and .NET Core
  (monolithic and microservices architectures).
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best engineering practices.

AI-Enhanced Features

• Collaborate with AI and data teams to integrate AI/LLM-powered functionality into applications.
• Support implementation of features involving autonomous agents, workflow automation, or real-time analytics (training will be provided where needed).

Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure

• Work with cloud services and deployments within the
  Azure ecosystem
  .
• Participate in managing CI/CD pipelines using
  Azure DevOps
  or
  GitHub Actions
  .
• Support containerization and infrastructure automation to ensure smooth deployments.

System Optimization & Collaboration

• Participate in architecture discussions, suggesting improvements for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with product, AI, design, and data engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
  in software development with strong full-stack capabilities.
• Proficiency in:
• Frontend:
  ReactJS, TypeScript,
• Backend:
  C#, .NET Framework 4.7, .NET Core

• Cloud & DevOps:
  Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions

• Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development.
• Experience integrating or working alongside
  AI/LLM-powered features
  is a plus (but not strictly required).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in both independent and collaborative settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with agentic coding, autonomous agent workflows, or AI orchestration.
• Experience with vector databases, semantic search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Background in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or data pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to contribute to technical documentation.
