Job Description

Homemaker Furniture Corporation seeks a dedicated Sales Associate to join our Mandaue showroom. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, help customers select home furnishings, and drive sales through product knowledge and a positive showroom experience.


Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers entering the showroom with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Present and promote products (e.g., sofas, dining sets, storage solutions) based on customer needs
  • Process sales transactions, follow-up leads, and support after-sales service
  • Assist in maintaining showroom presentation—organizing displays, restocking floor items
  • Build rapport with customers while achieving individual sales targets
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations and accurate inventory levels

Qualifications
  • At least 6 months up to 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (furniture retail is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Personable, customer-focused, and able to work in a team setting
  • Willingness to learn about product features, materials, and showroom operations
  • Must be available to start immediately and able to work in Mandaue City, Cebu
