Reports to:
Homeowner / Private Family

  • Proven experience in high-end private villas, luxury residences, or 5-star hotel guest services/butler departments.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and staff management skills, with the ability to train and supervise other service staff.
  • Proficiency in household maintenance procedures, guest service standards, and reception etiquette.
  • Capable of handling emergencies and resolving issues with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Basic inventory management skills (for household supplies, cleaning materials, etc.).
  • Schedule: Required to be on-call 24/7, with 1 scheduled day off per week.

Salary Range: 50k to 80k (Depending on experience)

Accommodation: On-site accommodation within the villa provided.
