Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records for leasing transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations specific to the leasing industry.
  • Review and reconcile accounts payable and receivable related to leasing.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on leasing operations.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for leasing activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and resource allocation.

General Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the leasing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
