Key Responsibilities

SAP FI (Finance)

  • Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory reporting, and financial regulations.
  • Support period-end and year-end closing activities and reporting.
  • Collaborate with treasury and finance teams for cash management and bank reconciliation.

SAP CO (Controlling)

  • Configure Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.
  • Support planning, budgeting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Integrate CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules for end-to-end financial flows.
  • Provide reporting solutions for management decision-making.

Cross-Functional & Support

  • Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical development.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for new configurations and enhancements.
  • Provide Level 2/3 functional support for FICO-related incidents and change requests.
  • Prepare process documentation, user guides, and conduct end-user training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT-related field.
  • 4 years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience.

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • FI submodules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting.

  • CO submodules: Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Center, Product Costing.
  • Financial integration with MM, SD, and PP.
  • Experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation or multiple rollout/support projects.
  • Strong business process knowledge in finance, accounting, and controlling.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Amenable to work 2-3 days Onsite and Midshift schedule (3pm-12am)
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO, Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Group Reporting, Treasury, or Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • SAP FICO certification is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodology and ITIL support processes.
