About the role

PETROPLAS TRADING INCORPORATED' is seeking a talented Treasury Assistant to join our dynamic team in San Pedro City, Laguna. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting our Treasury operations and contributing to the overall financial success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the management of the company's cash flow, including processing payments, reconciling accounts, and monitoring bank balances
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports and analyses related to treasury activities
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  • Performing currency conversions and foreign exchange transactions as needed
  • Maintaining and updating treasury-related records and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the Treasury team as required

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in a treasury or finance-related role, ideally in the banking and financial services industry
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with financial data and identify trends
  • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all your work
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
